is that they arent really wrong, theyre just poorly worded. she basically just said, in her own ignorant words, that not passing makes cis people uncomfortable. which is true. cis people are transmisogynistic as fuck, and society is as well, which is why caitlyn jenner has so much internalized transmisogyny and internalized lesbophobia.
but instead of focusing on criticizing the behavior and mores and unspoken rules of cissexist and transmisogynistic society, yall will overlook the root cause and go straight for the most commonly exploited victim: trans women.
you arent really interested in solving transmisogyny or the kinds of problems faced by trans women at large. you just want to stifle trans women from talking about their own experiences, insert yourself into discussions that should be had by trans women amongst themselves, and use this one popular example as an echo chamber for your own transmisogyny.
